Our garments and accessories are made by hand in the Netherlands. Please take into consideration that the ship date is dependent on each specific piece and its stock availability.
In stock pieces are send after payment. Pieces that are out of stock will be made after ordering. We allow up to two weeks for such orders to be finalized. If you need an order to be ready before a specific date please reach out to us so we can discuss possibilities:
1.2 Delivery within the Netherlands
Your order will be send by PostNL to the address you specified with a general delivery time of 1-2 days. You will receive a confirmation by mail with the tracking information. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our atelier and has been transferred to the carrier.
1.3 Atelier pick up
It is possible to pick up your order in our atelier, which is located in the centre of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Select the option 'Atelier pick up' during checkout and please make an appointment via email: email@example.com
1.4 International delivery
For international orders inside the EU we generally ship with PostNL. The shipment can be transferred to other carrier companies in the process of reaching its destination country. PostNL will provide for a track and trace code to follow the shipment.
For international orders outside the EU we generally ship with FedEx. You can choose between FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy. Estimated delivery times for specific destinations are provided by FedEx. The exact shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. After finishing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
1.5 Express orders
Express orders are a possibility. At the time of writing, they require an additional charge of €25. Please contact us at for the specifics and we will make sure you get your order in time!

Times of delivery mentioned throughout are guidelines. Postponed payments, out of stock pieces or other unexpected circumstances are not taken into account in the estimates.
1.8 Import duties
All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these additional costs is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates, as they vary from country to country.

All our transactions go trough a secure server. We accept online payments through iDEAL and by credit card.
Unless otherwise agreed, the amount of the order is to be paid within 14 days. In case of an agreement to provide a specified period in which the payment can be completed, the time window starts upon receiving the confirmation of the agreement.
You are obliged to immediately reach out to us if you encounter any inaccuracies concerning the order and the payment. In the event of a default payment, we, subjected to statutory limitations, have the right to charge reasonable costs applicable to the given situation. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1.1 Returns policy
After receiving your package you have 14 days to reconsider your order. If you wish to return any items of your order, we ask you to follow these steps:
1 - Send an email to stating in its subject Return order followed by your order number and add a short description in the body of the email explaining why you wish to return the item;
2 - You will receive a email with the return form, a confirmation and the address to send the package to. Please note that the original shipping charges as well as the costs for the return of the package are non-refundable;
3 - Enclose the completed return form in the original package with the item(s) you wish to return. Place the return label with the ROUMANS address on the outside of the original package. Please note that we do not provide for any mandatory documents needed for customs;
4 - Take the package to a trusted postal location. Please note that international return costs are non-refundable and must be paid at the local postal location. Furthermore, the shipment is your responsibility till it reaches our atelier. Please take into consideration that the package needs to be delivered to us within the accepted time-frame and that any additional costs due to import duties are withheld from the refund;
Your return needs to be registered with us within these 14 days and your return package needs to be accepted by us in The Netherlands within four weeks. Please take in consideration how much time it will take for the package to be returned to us. Check your local post office of a carrier for delivery time frames. It's your responsibility till it reaches us.
We can’t be held responsible for any delays, missing items or damage. For international returns please note that we are not responsible for the extra cost from customs.
Returns will only be accepted if they are send in original packaging and in the same condition including the price tags attached to the items.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For our collections a return policy of 14 days (2 weeks of receipt) applies. When received in its original condition we give you a full refund. For all tailored items we do not accept returns as the pieces are handmade to your sizes.
